“Brent Lindeque was an exceptional partner for Fireblade Aviation's 10-year anniversary celebration. Brent's dedication to understanding our company’s values and the people behind its success, as well as his ability to bring the team's vision to life with creativity and authenticity, made him a valuable asset to the project. I loved the authenticity that Brent brings into what he does, his passion shines so bright and from myself, our employees, our executive team, and our MD, we all felt so comfortable throughout this campaign.

What truly set Brent apart was his authenticity and the way he drew from personal experience to deliver a message that was both insightful and thought-provoking. The feedback from our team was overwhelmingly positive, with many colleagues highlighting his core message:
“If you can’t find the helper, then it’s our responsibility to be one.”
Thank you, Brent, for your inspiring contribution and for leaving a lasting impact on our team.
“I’ve been following Brent’s journey since before My Kitchen Rules, and it has always been a personal wish of mine to see Brent speak. I was therefore thrilled when he was chosen as a guest speaker for our annual Travel Counsellors conference in 2025. Choosing the right guest speaker is critical - it’s often the difference between a memorable conference and a forgettable one. Brent was everything I had hoped for and more. He brings incredible energy to the stage, and the feedback from our Travel Counsellors was overwhelmingly positive. They felt inspired and motivated, and we shared plenty of belly laughs (along with a few tears).

“’There was no better way to start the DSG 150 yr celebrations than with All the Good Things from you, Brent. Your thought-provoking inspiration truly inspired our “Girls in Green” and “Boys in Blue” to be those remarkable humans to become change makers in society, no matter how big or small the positive deed. You certainly set the stage for a memorable and once in a lifetime School birthday celebration that will go down in DSG’s history. Thank you for being you!

“On behalf of St John’s College, I extend our heartfelt thanks for delivering your inspirational Changing the Narrative keynote at the start of our Michaelmas Term. Your message of passion and purpose and the power of focusing on the good has resonated deeply as we embark on our busiest term of the year. One of the key takeaways that stood out to us was your perspective on how we don’t "have to" do things, but rather we "get to" do them. As we dive into this term, we’re reminded that while it’s a demanding time, we’re fortunate to get to do what we love — making a difference in the lives of our students and community.

“Your outlook on the world and on South Africa in particular deeply resonates with my own. It is rare and refreshing to hear someone speak with such honesty and hope, recognising the challenges we face, but choosing, every day, to highlight the good. Your voice is a gift to this country, and we are so grateful that our students were able to hear it. Your message about changing just one thing for the better so beautifully captures what we hope for our students. That through their own personal and educational transformation, they will go on to impact their families, their communities, and ultimately the wider world. It’s the ripple effect in action — and it’s exactly why we do what we do. I suspect you’ve heard the starfish story more times than you can count — the one where a young boy tosses stranded starfish back into the sea one at a time, telling the sceptical old man, “I made a difference to that one.” And yet, your work feels like a living,

breathing version of that story. You remind us that even the smallest act of good can shift a narrative, restore dignity, or change a life. Thank you, truly, for your service to our country. For reminding us of our collective goodness. For using your platform to lift others. And for reminding our graduates, as they step into the next chapter, that even one small change can spark something extraordinary.

“Brescia House School hosted a Mother’s and Daughter's tea. It was organised by the Grade 11 Girls who were fundraising towards the 2025 Martic Dance being held later this year. Brent Lindeque, the Good Things Guy, was the guest speaker for the morning. And what an awesome morning it was! By now, most of us know that Brent is a fantastic live speaker at corporate days and Conferences, he does weekly Radio slots, podcasts and is heard on so many other platforms where he spreads his message of kindness, doing good and just give back as much as you can. Another awesome lense we saw Brent through was how he interacts with all ages. He mainly interacted with Grade 11 girls who lets be honest have a lot going on in their lives. They had organised the event for the last 3 months during breaks, in between exams and assessments and sporting events. Brent arrived and immediately made them feel like the most important client around. He got them, he saw them, and he treated them with so much love and respect that they too were hooked. It meant the world to the girls, the teachers involved and to Brescia as a whole. The audience made up of parents, teachers, siblings, grannies and friends (even some Dads who wanted to hear some good news stories) loved the open and informal (although polished) way he spoke and delivered his talk. The flat love tanks were being filled as he spoke and you could feel the mood in the room change while he spoke. So inspirational. A special part to the morning was Brent’s willingness after the event to chat to everyone, having the cutest conversations with the little Grade 1 girls who had dressed up for the occasion, autographing his books that were on sale and just really engaging with people in a relaxed setting. He really does just make everyone feel good and special. Honestly it was a great morning and Brent (and his incredibly professional team behind the scenes) is just a fantastic addition to an event of this nature. We had a wonderful time and could not recommend Brent more for your next special event. Thank you from everyone at Brescia House School.

“Your journey as The Good Things Guy and your powerful message of paying it forward truly resonated with everyone in the room. You reminded us all of the importance of shifting our focus to the good, embracing kindness, and striving to be better humans in our daily lives. Your stories not only uplifted us but also challenged us to go back to our schools, our communities, and our world with a renewed sense of purpose—to change the narrative and BE the change. Your talk was the perfect close to our conference, and I’m sure the inspiration and positivity you shared will continue to ripple through the lives of those who attended. Thank you for reminding us that even in challenging times, there's always a silver lining, and we all have the power to make a difference. We’re so grateful you could join us and share your message. We look forward to following your journey as you continue to spread the good things and inspire others to do the same. As one of my staff members said, 'He should be called the GREAT things Guy!

“Thank you for joining us as a guest speaker at SAMED’s 38th Annual General Meeting. Your session, “Gearshift: Changing the Narrative and Staying Resilient in a World of Uncertainty”, was truly impactful and left our members both challenged and uplifted. Your storytelling, authenticity, and call to embrace the good things even in difficult times were refreshing and much needed. The energy and reflection you brought to the closing of our AGM were appreciated more than words can express. Thank you once again for your time, inspiration, and meaningful message. We hope our paths cross again soon.
